Using his keen eye for opportunity, David focuses on illuminating opportunities, simplifying complexities, and navigating challenges to collectively create lasting impact.

As a pivotal member of a Senior Management Team for over a decade, David’s leadership was instrumental in the growth of the 38-year-old company, and the successful sale of their second-generation family manufacturing business. His Owner Representative negotiations with a Private Equity firm ensured a prosperous future for employees, shareholders, and new owners alike. Highlighted by a Wall Street Journal cover story in 2015, David’s journey continued with the acquiring entity for nearly a decade, steering its integration, and capitalizing on the strategic opportunities presented by a multi-billion-dollar conglomerate.
